Rain Water Management
Cecilia Lane from the Chesapeake Stormwater Network provides an update and overview on stormwater regulations in Maryland within the context of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL).

Greg Hoffmann of the Center for Watershed Protection discusses actions an individual homeowner can take to meet the Bay's stormwater goals.

Mark Richmond of Howard County Government, Storm Water Management Division, Bureau of Environmental Services explains the county's current stormwater program and its anticipated future direction. He also discusses incentive programs that residents can utilize to implement Low Impact Development (LID) practices on individual properties.
