Free Foundation Center resources on the Foundation Center website include a Foundation Directory Online (free); a 990 Finder, which allows access to thousands of 990 forms in pdf format; a sign-up page for Foundation Center newsletters; and more.

Grant Space
A free Foundation Center website that expands upon the information made available by the original Foundation Center website. Includes a Subjects section that helps locate topical funding information in such areas as: Arts and Culture, Education, Health, and more. Also includes a Skills section, with information on the various skills needed to raise funds and manage nonprofit organizations. Other sections have similarly useful material.

Foundation Center Resources
The Foundation Directory Online Professional - This online version of the print Foundation Directory includes information on more than 92,000 funders and over 1.3 million recent grants. It allows the user to research foundation grants and also to locate grants from other types of grantmakers such as grantmaking public charities and corporate giving programs. In addition, grant information can be searched via online IRS 990 Forms. Searches can be narrowed in a number of ways, including geographically and by the type of grant support a funder offers. Foundation Grants to Individuals Online - This database allows the user to quickly search through detailed descriptions of more than 6,200 foundation programs that fund students, artists, researchers, and other individual (rather than institutional) grantseekers. Grants can be searched by type of support offered. Search results can be narrowed down in a number of ways, including geographically.
