Adult Literacy and Services for New Americans
Howard County Library's Project Literacy provides adults with free assistance and support to improve their reading, writing, and basic math skills.  Cultural Connections seeks to enhance the service needs of Howard County’s diverse multicultural population.
Customers with Special Needs
Howard County Library offers special services for people who are blind, visually impaired, hearing/speech impaired, and/or physically disabled. Read more about services for homebound customers.
